IU Health uses an online submission system to collect and review opportunities that align with our local community health priorities and strategies to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Learn more about our community health priorities and strategies.

IU Health has transitioned to a different system to manage grants. You will no longer be able to submit a request for a community benefit grant using this system.
